What does the Curvy & Courageous programme look like and what is a typical week?

The Curvy and Courageous Programme is a specialised, individual programme that includes content as well as 1-on-1 mentorship, coaching, and accountability.

Each week you have 1x 1-2-1 30 minute Zoom session with me, and 1 x 30 minute group coaching session.

Our 1-2-1 call is where the deepest changes are made. On these sessions we will go deep into unpicking your mindset, overcoming challenges, and rewiring your brain & nervous system. It’s hard to give an example of what happens on these 1-2-1 sessions, as they are whatever the client needs at that time, but you can guarantee it’s wildly transforming! 

The  group coaching call on Zoom, once a week for 30 minutes,  covers topics of interest such as ‘why we self sabotage’, ‘why we emotional eat’, ‘periods, menopause and HRT’. 

The content portion is delivered on a private members site  (content that is never shared anywhere else) that supplements your weekly coaching calls and ongoing conversation via my messaging platform.

Every day you will be tracking your food on MyFitnessPal, which syncs up to my app called Trainerize so that I can monitor, daily, what you are eating.  Every week your food will be reviewed with a fine tooth comb and action points given to work on for the following week, so that you have something to hold you accountable, and are always working towards your goals.  

Can you accommodate health conditions?

This programme is specifically designed for women to help find their confidence, happiness, and fulfilment through mindset, nutrition and exercise.

I have worked with many women who have had Diabetes Type 1 and 2, High Blood Pressure, Under Active Thyroid, Over Active Thyroid, PCOS, Endometriosis, ME, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Cancer..  This is just a small selection of the many health complications I can accommodate.

Regardless of your situation, most of all you need to have the deep down desire to succeed.

If you are wanting a quick fix, and to stick to the old stories around food and weight loss, then this programme is not for you.

If you want more from life, more for yourself, and more for your family… If you want more happiness, confidence, and fulfilment… If you want to create an amazing life for yourself and your family… Then you owe it to yourself to be a Curvy & Courageous  woman.

Do I need to buy lots of different supplements for this programme, or weird & wonderful foods?

Absolutely not. This programme is a sustainable lifestyle change, meaning you need to be able to eat the foods you love! There is no need to buy anything ‘weird’, ‘special’ or ‘different’. Supplements wise, I am a Cytoplan Supplement Practitioner, so if you would like to chat about supplements then I can recommend what might be suitable and offer a discount, but it isn’t necessary.

How is this better than a face to face personal trainer?

Fair enough, you’re a little sceptical about online coaching. I get that, hell I was sceptical when I decided to become one after being a face to face personal trainer!

Don’t get me wrong, I loved training people face to face in the gym, but I didn’t feel like I was TRULY helping them, because I wasn’t. They would pay me £240 pcm to see me twice a week for 45 minutes. That was it!

Remember that exercise is only 20% of the results. That doesn’t seem like a very cost effective way to do things? Especially if you want 100% of the results, that’s £1,200 pcm!

Investing in an online coach means that you can guarantee 3 things;

  1. It is more flexible than in person 1-2-1 coaching. You schedule your workouts and food to suit YOU.
  2. A complete lifestyle change. No more SW, WW and fad diets  (these are essentially just putting a plaster on a broken bone problem!). Get to the heart of your mindset, routines and habits so that weight loss is never an issue again
  3. You get more bang for your buck. Because I can offer you 24/6 support I have more hours to coach you not only on your exercise, but also in depth on your nutrition and your mindset.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

I am selective about who I work with, as it is just me, this isn’t a mass programme with a huge team of coaches. Once you start working with me, the door always remains open,  I’m not going anywhere! The initial 12 weeks strips everything down, and starts to rebuild habits & routines. Past 12 weeks is where the deeper work really comes into its own. A lot of clients opt to stay for 6 months, some 9 months or 1 year! You are in no rush to leave, only when you are ready.
