The Curvy and Courageous Programme is a signature, fully bespoke, 1-2-1 transformation programme for women. Lana pulls together and aligns the body, mind and spirit so that you can fully step into your power, by stepping into your body. This is not a diet. This is a deep life change of your mind, body and soul. This is for you if you want to understand the mindset, psychology, belief patterns and habits around your relationship with your body and food, so you can finally live in harmony and experience food freedom and vitality.

A brief overview of ‘the stuff’: Weekly 1-2-1 Zoom calls with me, 24/5 support from me for chats/accountability/problem solving, an app, nutrition & exercise programming, weekly group mindset calls, a private FB group community, and a members site with lotss of useful material.

We will together breakdown and make it 100% clear how I will get you from feeling rubbish about your body, unable to achieve health goals, confused with what to do…to a full body, mind, spirit change. I will equip you with tools so you know exactly how to continue on by yourself long after we have stopped working together!
pillar 2 – mindset mastery
Here I will look at why you go off track and begin to remove all the mindset barriers that are holding you back, that stop you from following the plan. Perhaps that’s
emotional eating, binge eating, or plain old self sabotage! Even if you do go off track it’s not a disaster, I teach you how to bounce back whenever you slip up. I upgrade how you feel, how you feel about yourself and food. Once we remove the mental blocks you become smarter about food and your results won’t be held back by your mindset.
pillar 3 – peak performance
The physical side is the peak performance plan. All around diet and nutrition to your body and your goals, customised to you. The important thing here is that you enjoy it and sustain it. NO meal plans! I will teach you about good, ‘normal’, real food and
what calories, macros and food work for your body. It doesn’t matter how much time you have or how busy you are, I will create a bespoke plan to work around it. A plan that fits your lifestyle and gets you from A to B as quickly as possible.
pillar 4 – lifestyle management
Here I look at every parts to your lifestyle. What’s happening in your personal & work life will have a huge impact on your weight & food, and vice versa. Diving deep into your stress, limiting beliefs, work goals etc, I remove the blocks that are killing your motivation, help you assess and organise your time to get to your goals as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Who Is The Programme For?

I have worked with women who have had Diabetes Type 1 and 2, High Blood Pressure, Under Active Thyroid, Over Active Thyroid, PCOS, Endometriosis, ME, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis. This is just a small selection of the many health complications I can accommodate.
